We have served as consultants in the most diverse and different volume industries for more than 15 years. Our principal approach of process orientation is common practise now and has become a fixed component in even the most current quality management-standards. However, we have determined that even companies who have practised process management for many years fall short in the following areas:

In the past, many companies have failed due to the complexity of the management system, and have primarily worked on- and displayed pro-forma requirements. The economical advantages of process management however, such as process responsibility and key performance indicators for the process have frequently been neglected. This prompted us to develop a concept consisting of 10 components to demonstrate our process management expertise. The added value of these components is a simple and transparent summary of success parameters within process management systems. The success parameters are backed by a point system that enables us to measure the maturity levels in the process management system. It enables us to deliver a quick analysis of your management system and display your advancements (such as possibly sustainable deficit areas), either following projects for several years after project completion, or within the scope of a management review.

The clear and result oriented preparation of these components enables us to provide a clear overview of the pending duties after the initial maturity level evaluation. This portrays a clear picture of the pending activities and in addition, has the positive side effect that your individual objective is taken into consideration early on.
