We have served as consultants in the most diverse and different volume industries for more than 15 years. Our principal approach of process orientation is common practise now and has become a fixed component in even the most current quality management-standards. However, we have determined that even companies who have practised process management for many years fall short in the following areas:

•  … Frequently, processes for QM, UM, AS and hygiene are described from different view points.
•  … Process orientation is only implemented for certificates.
•  … Key performance indicators, mile stones and target goals
        are not integrated in the process management system.

Our experiences have indicated that a process management system can achieve so much more. Actively integrated in daily processes throughout the company, it equals consistent realisation from the beginning:

The consistent implementation of an integral process management system provides a positive influence on each individual area in a company; it efficiently supports all parties involved and is the basis for a constant improvement process. Our solution

In the past, many companies have failed due to the complexity of the management system, and have primarily worked on- and displayed pro-forma requirements. The economical advantages of process management however, such as process responsibility and key performance indicators for the process have frequently been neglected. This prompted us to develop a concept consisting of 10 components to demonstrate our process management expertise. The added value of these components is a simple and transparent summary of success parameters within process management systems. The success parameters are backed by a point system that enables us to measure the maturity levels in the process management system. It enables us to deliver a quick analysis of your management system and display your advancements (such as possibly sustainable deficit areas), either following projects for several years after project completion, or within the scope of a management review.

Our procedure

The clear and result oriented preparation of these components enables us to provide a clear overview of the pending duties after the initial maturity level evaluation. This portrays a clear picture of the pending activities and in addition, has the positive side effect that your individual objective is taken into consideration early on. After all, it could be an objective company goal to achieve a less than 100% value within a component.
